Step 1

Heat oven to 190C/170C fan/gas 5. Cut the Truly Irish Beechwood Smoked Rashers in half. Wrap a piece of bacon around each of the halved Truly Irish Premium Sausages.

Step 2

Place on a baking tray and cook for 30-35 mins until golden.
